Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mahe Trading, Inc. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligible for Return

  • Loose diamonds and gemstones in original, unaltered condition
  • Jewelry items unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items accompanied by the original certificate of authenticity (if applicable)
  • Items with original receipt or proof of purchase

Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry, custom settings)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items without original packaging, certificates, or tags
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If the exchange item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the returned item.

How to Return

  1. 1Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. 2Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. 3Use the prepaid, insured return shipping label provided by our team.
  4. 4Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
  5. 5Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
