Shipping Policy

All shipments from Mahe Trading, Inc. are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. We partner with trusted carriers who specialize in the transportation of high-value goods, including diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.

Every package is discreetly packaged with no external indication of its contents. We use tamper-evident packaging and require signature confirmation upon delivery for all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
• Custom or engraved items may require additional processing time.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and may range from 7 to 14 business days. Some remote locations may require additional time. All international shipments include full insurance coverage.
