4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs only when we ship the product.

Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

For wholesale orders or orders exceeding $10,000, additional verification may be required, including business documentation and trade references.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms and delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Signature is required for all deliveries. If you designate an alternate recipient or delivery location, you accept responsibility for the shipment once it is delivered to that location.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy.

7. Certifications & Grading

Diamonds and gemstones sold by Mahe Trading, Inc. may come with certifications from independent grading laboratories such as GIA, AGS, IGI, or GRS. These certifications represent the opinion of the issuing laboratory at the time of grading.

Mahe Trading, Inc. does not guarantee the grading results of any third-party laboratory. Grading standards and opinions may vary between laboratories. We recommend consulting with a qualified gemologist for independent verification.
